I'm not a doctor, or a health care specialist, or an expert in any way (other than life experiences)!!! My observations here are just that, observations only from what I've read and lived and want to share it in the hopes that someone out there may re-evaluate their lifestyle and avoid disease. That's all, nothing more. I am amazed at the society we've created with the politically correct garbage and, sue happy public who won't take responsibility for their own actions. So with that here's my legal stuff so I don't have to cya in everything I say on this page. If you try any of the stuff I mention here without consulting with your primary care physician, and it doesn't work or you have a bad experience then that's your fault. Not mine...Okay?, Okay.
Those of you who know the Ranch man know it's been a very trying year. I have had the opportunity to read and learn more about disease than I every wanted to know. I am building this page just to share with you, some ideas and thoughts. Simple changes in our lifestyle can lead to better living thru good health.
Yep, the Ranchman did it. I can't stress enough how important this is. I was very fortunate in that 3 polyps were found and removed. According to my doctor, if I had waited another year I would be dealing with colon cancer. THIS IS A LIFE SAVING TEST!!!! And actually, it's really no big deal. I think the stigmatism is worse than the prep and procedure. Let me put it this way, would you rather deal with a day of prep, or a year of very harsh treatment. I know what I'm talking about when I say, a year of harsh treatment. So, what are you going to do?
